Our Apologies
To all and any customers who have tried contacting us in the last 5-6 months, we apologize for not returning your messages and emails. "J" of J and T had his 9th stroke in December which caused a lot of other problems which also had us in and out of hospitals in 3 different counties. Along with his problems we also had our baby girls health issues as well. She has the rare syndrome that's mentioned below which has also kept us in the hospital a lot. We Just returned from the baby having a 2 week stay and now are able to try and get back on track. We have a few obligations from previous orders that have to be taken care of 1st and then we will be opening back up. Any and all changes have been made to the website for services we no longer do such as old build ups, parts, and directions. We will however be listing all new items with pictures soon hopefully.

Welcome to J and T Customs! Here at J and T Customs we try to meet all of your modeling needs. From kits and parts to scratch builds and replicas. We mostly deal with semis (Trucks and Trailers) and heavy equipment in 1/24 and 1/25. We do build cutom orders for other scales such as 1/16. Always feel free to ask any questions. For our customers who don't know
This year on July 12th we were blessed with a beautiful baby girl who was born with a rare disease called Williams Syndrome. 1 in 10,000 kids are diagnosed with this. It has caused our daughter to be a 100% deaf, a cataract on her left eye, which she will be having a cornea transplant this month (Oct) and heart and breathing problems.
We go to the Dr.'s in 3 different cities 5 to 6 days a week due to all of her health problems. The reason for sharing this with everyone is so that everybody understands that we try to take care of all our customers as fast and smoothly as possible, but at certain times it's not easy. We're gone from sun up to sun down and then try to catch up on everything at night which isn't easy.
We greatly appreciate everybodys patience in dealing with us. We are very grateful for your business and enjoy doing business with each and every one of you! We have made a lot of wonderful new friends and look forward to making many more!
